B2B Diamond Marketplace Policy

1. Trade-Only Platform

Our platform operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace intended for jewelry professionals, retailers, wholesalers, and industry participants.

All users may be required to provide business verification, including but not limited to:

  • Business registration documentation

  • Tax identification number

  • Proof of involvement in the jewelry trade

We reserve the right to approve, restrict, or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Diamond Certification

Most diamonds listed on our platform are accompanied by grading reports issued by independent gemological laboratories such as:

  • Gemological Institute of America (GIA)

  • International Gemological Institute (IGI)

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all diamond specifications and grading reports prior to completing a purchase.
The issuing laboratory is considered the authoritative source for grading information.

4. Stone Availability

Diamonds listed on our platform may also be available through multiple marketplaces or supplier channels.

As a result:

  • Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed by the supplier.

  • In rare cases, a diamond may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded or credited, at our discretion.
